As a Senior Delivery Partner, you will orchestrate the critical intersection of last-mile efficiency and digital retail excellence. We are looking for a strategic operator to manage high-stakes logistics portfolios, ensuring our delivery infrastructure scales alongside rapid e-commerce growth. You will move beyond simple transport management to become a vital architect of customer satisfaction and operational speed.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing end-to-end supply chain workflows to reduce transit times and operational overhead.

  • Managing complex relationships with third-party logistics providers and regional fulfillment centers.

  • Leveraging data analytics to predict demand surges and adjust fleet capacity proactively.

  • Implementing cutting-edge tracking technologies to enhance transparency for the end consumer.

  • Leading cross-functional initiatives to integrate seamless reverse logistics and return processing.

  • Mentoring junior partners to maintain rigorous safety and service quality standards.
