SIRA Licensed Security Guard – Luxury Residential Complex

We are currently representing a premier luxury residential developer in Dubai seeking professional, SIRA-licensed Security Guards to join their front-of-house team. This role is far more than traditional patrolling; you will act as a key ambassador for a high-end community, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for international residents and VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive surveillance of the premises using advanced CCTV monitoring and physical foot patrols.

  • Manage access control protocols for residents, visitors, and contractors with a focus on elite customer service.

  • Respond immediately to emergency situations, fire alarms, or medical incidents following established safety frameworks.

  • Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports to ensure seamless communication between shift handovers.

  • Enforce community rules while maintaining the sophisticated atmosphere expected of a five-star residential site.

Requirements

  • Valid SIRA license is mandatory for all applicants.

  • Previous experience within luxury hospitality, high-end residential, or corporate security sectors.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Professional appearance and a disciplined approach to duties.

  • Availability to work flexible rotational shifts within the Dubai area.
