Role: Japanese Speaking Business Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a versatile Business Operations Coordinator to join a high-growth team. This role is a critical bridge between our regional headquarters and Japanese stakeholders, requiring a blend of administrative precision and linguistic fluency. You will ensure seamless day-to-day operations while managing complex scheduling and cross-border documentation.
Core Responsibilities
Facilitate real-time verbal and written communication between English and Japanese-speaking leadership teams.
Coordinate intricate travel logistics and calendar management for senior executives across multiple time zones.
Oversee the processing of operational expenses, invoices, and procurement requests with high attention to detail.
Maintain internal databases and filing systems to ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
Draft, translate, and proofread business correspondence and reports to maintain professional tone and accuracy.
Support special projects by gathering data and preparing bilingual presentation materials for quarterly reviews.
Requirements
Native-level or JLPT N1 proficiency in Japanese; professional fluency in English.
Proven experience in a corporate administrative or operations support function.
Exceptional mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based collaboration tools.
Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a service-oriented mindset.
