We are looking for a dedicated Junior Audit Associate to join our professional services team. This role is designed for an aspiring accountant currently pursuing CA Sri Lanka qualifications who is eager to translate theoretical knowledge into practical expertise. You will support the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services, ensuring financial integrity and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the execution of external audit engagements in accordance with Sri Lanka Auditing Standards.

  • Testing internal controls and performing substantive procedures to verify financial statement accuracy.

  • Documenting audit findings and preparing working papers that meet rigorous quality benchmarks.

  • Collaborating with senior team members to identify financial risks and operational inefficiencies.

  • Engaging with client staff to gather necessary documentation while maintaining professional skepticism.

  • Staying updated on the latest CA Sri Lanka regulations and local tax compliance requirements.
