Job Information

This Civil Engineer role within the Infrastructure Planning & Development division focuses on the end-to-end design, maintenance, and structural integrity of telecommunications civil infrastructure. The primary objective is to ensure network sustainability through rigorous site visits, routine maintenance, and the verification of tower and foundation designs to mitigate structural risks.

Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance for procurements, managing budgets, and overseeing material inventories, specifically tracking reusable and scrap assets. The position requires a strategic approach to project management, involving the evaluation of vendor proposals and the implementation of innovative, cost-effective technologies to enhance maintenance efficiency. Additionally, the role acts as a technical liaison for TRC submissions and internal stakeholder coordination.

Candidates must hold a Degree in Civil Engineering with at least five years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure. Expertise in steel structures, civil design, and financial governance is essential for ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.
