An international consumer research firm is looking for observant and reliable Mystery Shoppers to join our field evaluation team in Oman. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform undercover visits to assigned retail outlets, restaurants, and service centers to assess the guest experience.

  • Audit the physical environment of locations, focusing on cleanliness, organization, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.

  • Test the availability of specific products and the accuracy of active promotional displays.

  • Document findings through comprehensive electronic reports, ensuring all observations are submitted within 24 hours of the visit.

  • Maintain strict anonymity throughout the evaluation process to ensure the integrity of the data collected.

  • Provide objective, unbiased critiques to help businesses identify areas for staff training and process improvement.

Candidate Requirements

  • Exceptional observational skills with the ability to recall specific details and conversations.

  • Strong written communication skills to produce clear, professional, and descriptive evaluation reports.

  • High level of self-discipline to manage independent schedules and meet strict project deadlines.

  • Absolute discretion and the ability to keep assignment details confidential at all times.

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is considered an advantage.

  • Proficiency in English or Arabic to effectively navigate local service environments and documentation.
