Key Responsibilities
Produce a diverse range of authentic Western desserts, including cakes, pastries, and chilled confections.

Collaborate with the kitchen brigade to ensure all pastry orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
Uphold rigorous sanitation standards by keeping all workstations, specialized tools, and machinery spotless.

Monitor ingredient freshness and manage pastry inventory to minimize waste and ensure premium quality.

Candidate Requirements
Proven professional background in a high-volume bakery, specialty pastry shop, or luxury hotel kitchen.
Advanced proficiency in modern cake decorating, color blending, and fondant application.
Possession of a recognized diploma or professional certification in Baking and Pastry Arts is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and international hygiene protocols.
