The Role & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily logistical workflows to ensure all project milestones are met on schedule.
Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve overall team productivity.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with cross-functional partners in Colombo.
Monitor performance metrics to provide actionable insights for service improvements.
Act as the primary point of contact for operational troubleshooting and crisis management.
