This role focuses on the stability of internal banking infrastructure and ensuring seamless connectivity across the branch network. You will be at the forefront of troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues while implementing security protocols that protect sensitive financial data.
Primary Functions
Maintain and optimize server configurations to ensure 24/7 uptime for core banking applications.
Resolve escalated technical queries involving network latency, database connectivity, and peripheral integration.
Implement routine system patches and firmware updates without disrupting live transactional workflows.
Monitor infrastructure performance metrics to preemptively identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks.
Document technical procedures and system changes to support institutional audit requirements.
Essential Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering, paired with industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA A+. We are looking for individuals with 3+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level support, specifically within the financial services or telecommunications sectors. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to operate under pressure are vital.
