Role Overview
Purpose: To identify, evaluate, and manage potential risks to the company and elevate the Risk Management function.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess current risk management processes.
Refine processes for optimal control and system monitoring.
Develop custom risk strategies based on company liabilities and investments.
The Ideal Candidate
Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business administration, or a similar discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of prior experience as a risk manager or in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Solid knowledge of risk management principles.
Expert-level knowledge of MS Office and risk management tools.
Soft Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
