A leading medical facility in Oman is seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations Executive to manage the daily workflows of our hospital environment. This role is essential for ensuring seamless healthcare delivery, optimizing departmental coordination, and maintaining superior service standards within a high-pressure clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the hospital to ensure smooth patient flow.
Coordinate between clinical and non-clinical departments to streamline internal communication and resource allocation.
Monitor facility performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Manage patient scheduling, registration processes, and front-office activities to enhance the service experience.
Ensure all hospital operations comply with local healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.
Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and resolve administrative challenges promptly.
Assist in the management of hospital supplies, equipment maintenance schedules, and vendor relations.
Prepare comprehensive operational reports for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience specifically within hospital operations or healthcare management.
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a closely related field.
Proven ability to multitask and manage complex priorities in a fast-paced medical environment.
Strong understanding of hospital workflows, patient care standards, and healthcare safety protocols.
Currently based in Oman or eligible for immediate relocation to the region.
