Key responsibilities include translating complex enterprise needs into scalable network architectures (HLD/LLD), overseeing end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring mission-critical performance standards. The role demands 4–6 years of experience in RAN planning (4G/5G), a BSc in Engineering, and proficiency in radio propagation and capacity planning tools.
