Senior Customer Support Training Specialist
We are looking for a visionary Senior Customer Support Training Specialist to elevate our service standards through transformative learning experiences. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical knowledge and empathetic communication, ensuring our global support team delivers world-class interactions. You will be responsible for designing high-impact curricula that evolve alongside our product suite and customer expectations.
In this position, you will:
Architect comprehensive onboarding programs that reduce time-to-proficiency for new support advocates.
Develop interactive e-learning modules and workshops focused on advanced troubleshooting and soft skills.
Analyze quality assurance data to identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching interventions.
Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical updates into digestible training materials.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using data-driven metrics and key performance indicators.
Mentor junior trainers to maintain a consistent and sophisticated instructional voice across the department.
