Senior Software Engineer – Backend Systems

Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Senior Software Engineer to lead the evolution of our core backend infrastructure. In this role, you will architect high-concurrency systems that prioritize fault tolerance and seamless scalability. We aren’t just looking for a coder; we need a technical strategist capable of translating complex business requirements into elegant, high-performance distributed services. You will champion engineering excellence, driving the adoption of modern paradigms while mentoring a high-performing team.

You will focus on:

  • Designing and implementing robust microservices to handle millions of real-time transactions.

  • Optimizing database schemas and query performance to ensure sub-millisecond latency.

  • Establishing rigorous CI/CD pipelines and automated testing suites for continuous delivery.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional leads to define the long-term technical roadmap.

  • Troubleshooting intricate production issues and implementing proactive monitoring solutions.

  • Mentoring junior engineers through detailed code reviews and architectural workshops.

  • 5 years of experience
