DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Last updated: January 19, 2026

Talent Ali (“the Company”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Talent Ali website (the “Service”).

As a job board that redirects users to original authority ATS links and company career pages, we often index job titles and descriptions. If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Service by completing the following Notice.

1. Notice of Alleged Infringement

To file a DMCA notice with us, please provide a written communication that includes the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the specific URL link from Talent Ali where the material is located).
  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement of good faith: “I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  • A statement of accuracy: “I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.”
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Where to Send the Notice

Please deliver this notice, with all items completed, to our Designated Copyright Agent:

Attn: Copyright Agent
Talent Ali
Email: info@talentali.com
Website: https://talentali.com/contact/

3. Takedown Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Talent Ali will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material or the disabling of the redirect link to the original ATS or career page. Please note that since we redirect to original company sources, removing a link from our Service does not remove the content from the original source website (the ATS or company career site).

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake.

5. Repeat Infringers

It is the policy of Talent Ali to disable or terminate the accounts (if applicable) of users or partners who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights of others.
