Senior Enterprise Systems Architect & Digital Solutions Lead

The Lead – Systems & Solutions at Dialog is a strategic role responsible for spearheading the implementation and modernization of charging systems and BSS ecosystems. Tasked with ensuring 99.9999% uptime, the Lead manages the end-to-end product launch lifecycle, from feasibility checks and tariff implementation to security governance and vendor coordination.

The role involves managing high-priority module deployments, disaster recovery, and the proactive resolution of complex system issues to prevent recurrence. A key focus is driving innovation by integrating emerging technologies like AI, Cloud, and RPA into the IT blueprint. Additionally, the Lead provides technical consultancy, manages peripheral applications, and fosters team development through knowledge-sharing and training.

Candidates must hold a relevant degree (BSc/BCS/Master’s) and possess at least three years of experience. Proficiency in 2G-5G telecommunications, charging architectures, and the software development lifecycle is essential for aligning technical execution with Dialog’s business growth and operational excellence.
