  • Property Assistance: Support the general management and maintenance technicians with light property maintenance tasks as requested.

Guest Interaction & Professionalism

  • The GCU Greeting: Acknowledge and greet every guest in public spaces with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.

  • Enrollment: Must be a full-time student in a Bachelors or Masters program at Grand Canyon University.

  • Academic Standing: Maintain a 2.0 GPA (Bachelors) or 3.0 GPA (Masters) and remain in good financial/academic standing (SAP).

  • Availability: Must be available to work the entire Summer duration (through the anticipated end date of June 30, 2025).

  • Physical Effort: Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and bending.

  • Dexterity: Continuous fine eye-to-hand coordination is required.
