Senior Customer Support Executive (Day)
We are looking for a poised and proactive Senior Customer Support Executive to lead our daytime service operations. In this role, you will act as the frontline guardian of our brand reputation, resolving complex inquiries with precision and empathy. Beyond troubleshooting, you will mentor junior staff and refine internal workflows to enhance the overall client journey.
Your core responsibilities include:
Managing high-priority client escalations with a focus on first-contact resolution and satisfaction.
Analyzing daily support metrics to identify recurring pain points and proposing systemic improvements.
Mentoring entry-level team members through real-time coaching and quality assurance reviews.
Collaborating with product teams to relay critical user feedback and advocate for feature enhancements.
Maintaining an exhaustive internal knowledge base to ensure technical documentation remains current and accessible.
Orchestrating seamless handovers between shifts to maintain a continuous, high-standard service experience.
