Job Summary Intelligent Care is seeking energetic and passionate clinical staff to manage complicated homecare cases, including bedbound and terminally ill patients. The role involves delivering clinical excellence while adhering to international best practices and corporate ethics. Reporting directly to the Nursing Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of clinical objectives set by treating physicians within a home-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Execution: Perform high-level clinical work for homecare patients based on specific objectives from GPs and specialists.
EMR Management: Maintain and update digital medical records using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms and handle Dubai insurance formalities.
Diagnostic Support: Perform blood and sample extractions as required for laboratory testing.
Medical Procedures: Administer vaccinations, fluid injections (IV), and perform routine vital signs monitoring.
Documentation: Ensure all patient documentation is accurate, confidential, and compliant with DHA regulations.
Requirements
Licensing: DHA License or Eligibility Letter is mandatory.
Experience: 2–5 years in a similar role; a minimum of 1 year specifically in Homecare is required.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Certifications: Must hold an active Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
Skills: Experience with EMR platforms and insurance processing; ICU qualifications are a significant advantage.
Language: Fluency in English; Arabic speaking is a plus.
