Key Responsibilities
Homecare Delivery: Provide comprehensive nursing or caregiving support tailored to the individual needs of patients in their private residences.

Mobile Caregiving: Maintain readiness to travel and work in various locations across the UAE based on client requirements.
Clinical Monitoring: Depending on the role (RN or Caregiver), monitor vital signs, assist with medication schedules, and ensure the patient’s physical comfort and safety.
Requirements
Education: Diploma in Nursing or Caregiving is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in nursing or caregiving is preferred. Prior experience specifically in a homecare setting is considered a significant benefit.
Licensing: Possession of a DHA (Dubai Health Authority) License or a Qualification/Eligibility Letter is highly preferred for nursing roles.
Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and their relatives.
Salary & Benefits
Estimated Monthly Salaries (2026 Market Data):
Registered Nurses (Homecare): AED 5,500 – AED 9,500 (based on DHA licensing and experience).
Caregivers: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000.
Standard Benefits: UAE labor law typically ensures visa sponsorship, medical insurance, and end-of-service gratuity. Given the multi-Emirate nature of the role, travel or transportation allowances may be provided by the employer.
