TEAM LEADER – PROJECTS
JOB ROLE
Coordinating implementation contractors from work handover to completion in line with divisional and project targets.
Executing, Monitoring and Controlling end-to-end contractor material transactions including material reconciliation.
Performing Purchase requisitions and coordinating until successful Purchase Order delivery and PO closure.
Coordinating contractor BOQ and Invoicing Process until successful payment completion and project capitalization.
Maintaining up to date documentation throughout the direct implementation cycle.
Guide and motivate subordinates and external parties to improve productivity of the assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate should possess HNDE/ NDES/ NDT or equivalent in Electronic/Telecommunication from a recognized institution.
Minimum 4 years of experience in telecommunication industry with satisfactory performance.
Engaging in project finance would be an added advantage.
Excellent proficiency in Documentation tools and ERP/Project Management Systems.
Sound knowledge on telecommunication equipment, infrastructure, and architecture.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Be a team player and be able to interact with all project stakeholders.
Be highly organized, proactive, and energetic person with a positive attitude.
