Salary: * $23.00 per hour (Paid through agency).
$25.00 – $28.00 per hour (Recommended range when paid by family directly).
Experience: 1 year preferred; PSW Certificate or equivalent preferred.
Key Responsibilities: The “Empowered Care” Cycle
You are the primary provider of dignity and safety, delivering a wide range of essential life-support tasks.
Personal Care & Hygiene: Assist with high-sensitivity daily tasks including bathing, dressing, and incontinence care with professional discretion.
Nutritional Support: Manage meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met.
Clinical Reminders: Provide vital medication reminders to ensure health stability and adherence to medical plans.
Mobility & Logistics: Perform safe client transfers and provide transportation for outings or appointments.
Domestic & Social Support: Execute light housekeeping and offer meaningful companionship to combat isolation and enhance well-being.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Certification: Ideally holds a PSW, HCA, DSW, or CSW certificate, or equivalent nursing assistant experience.
