Specialist – Business Growth (CVM)

Job Purpose
The Specialist – Business Growth is a key driver of revenue, reach, and conversion within the Customer Value Management (CVM) unit. This role focuses on turning advanced analytics and consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies. You will collaborate with AI & ML teams to segment customers, identify high-value business opportunities, and execute precision-targeted campaigns for cross-selling and up-selling.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Revenue Growth
CVM Planning: Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing plans, ensuring all initiatives are backed by rigorous ROI analysis.
Target Achievement: Take ownership of revenue targets for assigned business units through aggressive upsell and cross-sell strategies.
Budget Oversight: Monitor monthly budget vs. actual spend to maintain lean and effective campaign costs.
Campaign Execution & Digital Transformation
Automated Marketing: Manage end-to-end campaign creation using integrated and automated platforms.
Digital Shift: Transition traditional marketing mixes toward emerging digital channels (App, Web, Chatbots, Social Media) to drive higher personalization and conversion.
Omnichannel Mastery: Use customer behavioral insights to design segment-specific offers that uplift revenue and ensure retention.
Advanced Analytics & Insights
AI & ML Integration: Partner with Analytics and BI teams to link behavioral data with AI/ML transformations for predictive modeling.
Hypothesis Testing: Conduct rigorous test-and-learn campaign analysis, providing data-backed recommendations for continuous optimization.
Performance Visibility: Design and maintain a “Single View” dashboard to consolidate key KPIs for senior management tracking.
Market Responsiveness
Competitive Intel: Identify shifts in customer behavior and competitor moves, rapidly developing products to counter negative impacts.
Segment Discovery: Continuously segment the customer base to uncover untapped business opportunities.
The Person: Entry Requirements
Education & Experience
Academic Background: BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Statistics.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar capacity, specifically within customer lifecycle management.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Data Tools: Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is essential.
Analytics Mindset: Strong knack for data analysis and a deep understanding of business market principles.
Digital Proficiency: Experience in digital channel management and product management.
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Adobe, Canva, or similar AI-driven creative tools is a distinct advantage.
