Senior Strategic Sales Manager – Physical Security Systems

Dialog Enterprise is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand its Video Surveillance as a Service (VSaaS) and physical security portfolio. This high-ownership role is designed for an industry veteran capable of independently building and converting a robust enterprise sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities involve driving monthly and quarterly revenue targets by engaging directly with CXOs, IT heads, and facilities teams across the enterprise, mid-market, and SME sectors. The manager will oversee the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while collaborating with solution architects and system integrators to deliver comprehensive security solutions.

The ideal candidate must possess significant hands-on experience in video surveillance, ELV, or ICT sales, backed by an established network in hospitality, retail, and manufacturing.
