The Associate Lead – Enterprise Solutions Engineering at Dialog Enterprise is a pivotal role designed for a Radio Network Planning or Optimization Engineer ready to transition into high-level solution architecture. Key responsibilities include translating complex enterprise needs into scalable network architectures (HLD/LLD), overseeing end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring mission-critical performance standards. The role demands 4–6 years of experience in RAN planning (4G/5G), a BSc in Engineering, and proficiency in radio propagation and capacity planning tools.
