Key Responsibilities: The “Individualized Care” Cycle
You act as the primary facilitator for the client’s daily routine, ensuring clinical safety and emotional well-being.
Dementia-Specific Support: Apply specialized experience to assist clients with Alzheimer’s or Dementia, maintaining a calm and structured environment.
Mobility & Ambulation: Assist with transporting and moving clients safely, both within the home and during community outings.
Nutritional Care: Manage meal preparation and assist with shopping and errands to ensure the client’s dietary needs are met.
Medication Compliance: Provide medication reminders to ensure the client adheres to their health regimen accurately.
Domestic Stewardship: Perform light housekeeping to keep the home environment organized, sanitary, and safe.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
The “Experienced Professional”: Must have a PSW Certificate or equivalent (e.g., Foreign-trained Nurse or Nursing Student with 1+ year completed).
Memory Care Wit: Proven experience in Dementia/Alzheimer’s care is a key requirement for this specific territory.
Technical Grit: Current CPR/First Aid training, a clear Vulnerable Sector Screen, and a negative TB test/Chest X-ray.
