A leading logistics provider is seeking a methodical and proactive Logistics Coordination and Administration Officer to manage the backbone of our daily supply chain operations. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring that all administrative documentation aligns perfectly with physical shipments and delivery schedules.


Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee the synchronization of daily transport activities, including outgoing shipments and incoming deliveries.

  • Generate and manage vital logistics paperwork such as commercial invoices, delivery notes, and detailed tracking logs.

  • Act as the central point of contact for drivers, third-party suppliers, and clients to facilitate punctual service.

  • Monitor the real-time status of cargo and provide stakeholders with accurate progress updates.

  • Organize and update comprehensive filing systems to ensure all shipping data is easily retrievable.

  • Support departmental leadership with internal scheduling, operational reporting, and diverse clerical duties.

  • Verify that all logistics processes strictly adhere to internal corporate policies and regional transport regulations.

  • Troubleshoot minor delivery delays and coordinate immediate solutions to maintain service levels.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in a logistics coordination or administrative support role.

  • Strong familiarity with supply chain documentation and inventory record-keeping.

  • Competency in using logistics tracking software and standard office applications.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving operational environment.

  • Clear communication skills for effective collaboration with external vendors and internal teams.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, specifically regarding data entry and document verification.
