Job Purpose
We are seeking a pragmatic, high-impact technology leader who thrives on solving complex enterprise challenges through execution, not just theory. This role sits at the critical intersection of vision and engineering. You will define the overarching technology strategy while remaining hands-on with the frameworks that power our digital core—specifically Java Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native integrations—while pragmatically embedding AI into real-world systems.
Key Responsibilities
Architect & Engineer
Scalable Design: Shape secure, cloud-native platforms and provide hands-on guidance to engineering teams during the build phase.
Technical Excellence: Move beyond “PowerPoint architecture” to implement robust, production-ready solutions across fintech, telco, and digital domains.
AI Integration: Lead the practical application of emerging AI/LLM technologies within enterprise frameworks to drive tangible business value.
Strategic Leadership & Influence
Business-Tech Bridge: Translate ambitious business goals into viable technical roadmaps that deliver consistent value.
Consultative Voice: Serve as the primary authority on technology strategy, ensuring all architectural decisions align with long-term commercial objectives.
Governance: Maintain a high standard for security, compliance, and seamless integration within complex, multi-layered enterprise environments.
Team Mentorship & Culture
Coach & Inspire: Foster a culture of “software craftsmanship” and continuous learning; mentor senior engineers to elevate the overall technical bar.
Drive Curiosity: Challenge the status alone by encouraging the team to adopt new patterns and tools that improve efficiency and scalability.
The Person: Entry Requirements
Experience & Education
Academic Background: BSc in Computer Science or a related field; a Master’s degree (MSc/MBA) and industry-recognized certifications are highly preferred.
Professional Tenure: Minimum of 8 years of deep experience in enterprise software architecture.
Proven Expertise: A strong track record in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, APIs, and cloud-native platform development.

Hands-on Problem Solver: You are comfortable “guiding with code” and troubleshooting at a granular level when necessary.
AI Pragmatist: A deep curiosity about LLMs and GenAI, paired with the ability to distinguish between hype and functional enterprise utility.
