The Opportunity: We are looking for a visionary leader to serve as the chief architect of our brand’s narrative. As the General Manager of Brand Strategy & Communications, you will redefine our market positioning and orchestrate a unified communication strategy that resonates across the digital and physical landscape. Your mission is to transform our corporate identity into a powerful, differentiated telco brand that commands market share and fosters deep customer loyalty.
Key Strategic Pillars:
Brand Stewardship: Define and execute a long-term brand roadmap that enhances equity and distinguishes our services in a saturated market.
Integrated Communications: Lead high-impact ATL, BTL, and Digital campaigns that align with commercial objectives and drive brand reappraisal.
Corporate Reputation: Oversee PR and crisis communication strategies to safeguard corporate integrity and maintain a positive public profile.
Customer Centricity: Leverage CRM and data-driven insights to develop innovative engagement programs that maximize lifetime value.
Executive Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to the C-suite, managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment.
Candidate Profile:
Academic Background: Degree or Professional Certification in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management.
Proven Track Record: At least 12 years of progressive experience, with significant tenure in senior leadership roles within Telecom, FMCG, or E-commerce.
Strategic Expertise: Masterly of the full marketing mix, including PR, Digital, and data-led customer strategies.
Core Competencies: Exceptional commercial acumen, crisis management expertise, and the ability to turn abstract vision into measurable ROI.
