Director of Cyber security Governance, Risk & Compliance Strategy

The Head of Cyber Security Governance and Compliance at Dialog Group is a senior executive responsible for the organization’s information security strategy and risk management. This role serves as the primary process owner for all assurance activities, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data for customers, employees, and partners.

Key responsibilities include architecting proactive defense mechanisms, managing the Security Operations Center, and directing mitigation strategies to reduce the organization’s attack surface. The position acts as a vital link between technical security and executive management, reporting directly on KPIs to the Board Risk and Compliance Committee. The lead is also accountable for driving data privacy initiatives, managing supplier security risks, and overseeing incident response.

Candidates require a degree in IT or Engineering and over 10 years of industry experience. Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly preferred to lead this complex enterprise security roadmap.
