We are seeking a passionate Radio Network Planning / Optimization Engineer who is ready to step beyond traditional telecom roles and architect intelligent, high-performance digital ecosystems.
What You Will Do
Lead Next-Gen Solution Design
Design and deliver innovative 5G solutions for manufacturing, logistics, ports, and smart campuses.
Translate complex enterprise needs into scalable, high-performance architectures.
Serve as a technical authority in RAN design and performance optimization.
Drive End-to-End Delivery
Own projects from concept to deployment and final optimization.
Ensure all solutions meet mission-critical reliability and SLA requirements.
Collaborate across RAN, Core, Transport, and Cloud teams to deliver integrated results.
Enable Innovation & Growth
Identify and expand 5G enterprise use cases and coverage.
Co-create solutions directly with customers to solve real-world business challenges.
Represent Dialog in industry forums and high-level innovation discussions.
Build Capability
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Lead with technical excellence and a collaborative, forward-thinking mindset.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
BSc in Engineering (IESL preferred).
4–6 years of experience in RAN planning, optimization, or telecom solution engineering (4G/5G).
Core Expertise
Deep understanding of 4G LTE / 5G NR architecture and radio network design.
Expertise in radio propagation, link budgets, capacity planning, and coverage optimization.
Experience in High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD) for enterprise networks.
Proficiency with network planning and design tools.
Advanced Skills
Exposure to Core/Transport networks and cloud-native telecom (NFV, Kubernetes, SDN).
Ability to evaluate multi-vendor ecosystems (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson).
Strong skills in KPI analytics and solution-driven improvements.
Leadership Mindset
Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to think beyond traditional telecom boundaries to solve business problems.
