This Access Network Engineering role focuses on managing and resolving complex customer complaints within an assigned region. The core responsibility involves analyzing field data, conducting VIP service assessments, and performing drive testing to proactively improve network quality. You will be tasked with designing cost-effective engineering solutions for 2G and 4G systems, ensuring optimal resource usage and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key operational duties include assisting with coverage and capacity planning, monitoring QoS, and conducting Joint Feasibility Studies (JFS) for new site locations. You will also support radio network feature trials to enhance regional performance.
Eligible candidates must hold a B.Sc. in Engineering (Electronics or Telecommunications) and an NVQ Level 5 qualification or a specialized technical diploma (HNDE/NDT). At least six years of field experience is required, along with proficiency in network optimization tools and a deep understanding of mobile access technologies.
