Dialog Business Services, a subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC, is recruiting full-time Customer Service Associates to join its premier team in Sri Lanka. This role involves managing diverse customer interactions across mobile, fixed-line, television, and broadband platforms.
Ideal candidates are “people persons” aged 18 to 30, possessing a customer-oriented attitude and a collaborative spirit. Applicants must be bilingual, demonstrating confidence in English and Sinhala or English and Tamil. Educational requirements include GCE O/L completion with at least a ‘C’ pass in Mathematics and English, while basic IT knowledge and 6–12 months of customer-facing experience are preferred.
