Enterprise Solutions Manager
The Mission: As an Enterprise Solutions Manager, you will be the architect of digital evolution. You won’t just manage projects; you will design the technological future for our clients by leveraging cutting-edge cloud-native architectures, AI-driven insights, and seamless automation to solve complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Architecture: Design and deploy scalable, secure, and cost-effective enterprise solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Innovation Leadership: Drive the adoption of AI/ML, data analytics, and automation through hands-on Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives and innovation workshops.
End-to-End Delivery: Own the technical lifecycle from initial concept to final deployment, ensuring every solution delivers tangible business value.
Collaborative Synergy: Orchestrate efforts between internal engineering teams and external vendors to provide a unified, seamless client experience.
Governance & Compliance: Guarantee that all architectural designs meet rigorous industry standards and global regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 5+ years of proven success in enterprise IT, technical consulting, or solution architecture.
Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, API ecosystems, and data integration.
AI Fluency: A sophisticated understanding of AI/ML platforms and their practical business applications.
Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to present complex technical roadmaps to non-technical audiences.
