Senior Executive – Customer Experience

Job Role
Service Standards: Maintain and deliver high standards of service levels in customer engagement.
Retention & Growth: Focus on customer retention, developing loyalty, and increasing cross-selling/upselling through products and services.
Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets to contribute to team success and business growth.
Customer Needs: Understand requirements and serve needs promptly to build long-term loyalty.
Operations: Handle customer service center operations, including:
Inventory management
Bill collections
Promotions
Customer engagement
Achieving standards on process audits.
Stakeholder Support: Assist authorized dealers, alternative partners, and other business stakeholders.
Requirements
Education: A degree or diploma in General Management or Marketing is considered an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 02+ years of experience in Customer Care within the Telecom or Banking industry.
Age: Candidates below the age of 28 years are preferred.
Technical Skills: * Sound technical knowledge in handling mobile phones and data devices.
Competency in Microsoft Office Packages.
Soft Skills: * Strong problem-solving, listening, and customer-understanding skills.
Must be a team player capable of interacting with staff at all levels.
Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala are mandatory.
