JOB ROLE
Manage end-to-end deployment and configuration of microwave links for network expansion projects.
Install and configure ZTE and Huawei microwave transmission equipment.
Monitor and optimize microwave link performance; troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
Configure access and core routers, including QoS, VLANs, routing protocols, ACLs, and IP services.
Support planning activities by providing technical input, feasibility assessments and resource estimates.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, network policies, and performance benchmarks.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare weekly and monthly implementation and performance reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree or HNDE / NDES / NDT (or equivalent) in Electronics or Telecommunications from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in transmission network planning or similar domain.
Strong technical expertise in transmission network installation, commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting with the ability to independently resolve technical issues and maintain service quality.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining clear and accurate records.
Highly organized, proactive and energetic personality with a positive attitude.
Strong team player with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
