EXECUTIVE – FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
JOB ROLE
Manage assets across the organization including acquisition, verification, movement and disposal.
Maintain fixed asset register accurately and update ERP records.
Oversee Annual Maintenance Agreements (AMC) for key building systems and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance.
Monitor service performance to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Maintain accurate documentation and records to support audit and Management reporting requirement.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Civil Engineering, IT or Facilities Management with minimum 1-2 years’ experience or fresh graduate from recognize university in the fields of Civil Engineering, IT or Facilities Management.
Hands on experience in Asset Management Systems and ERP is an added advantage.
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
Must be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels.
