Unique Job Description: Clinical Care Associate

The Opportunity NMC Group is seeking dedicated individuals to join our mission of transforming healthcare in the UAE. As a Clinical Care Associate at NMC Royal Hospital, DIP, you are the primary advocate for our patients’ dignity. This role is designed for those who believe that healthcare is a blend of clinical precision and genuine human connection. You will work at the heart of our DIP facility and within the community, ensuring our patients feel supported, safe, and respected every single day.

Your Impact In this position, you are the “eyes and ears” of our nursing team. By providing attentive personal care and maintaining a safe environment, you allow our patients to focus on their recovery. You should have a “person-first” mindset, seeing the individual behind the diagnosis. Whether you are an experienced caregiver or someone looking to start a meaningful career in the medical field, your willingness to learn and your commitment to high standards of hygiene and safety will make you a perfect fit for the NMC family.

Established in 1975, NMC Healthcare is the largest private healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates, serving over 8.5 million patients annually across a global network. In Dubai, the group operates several landmark facilities, including NMC Royal Hospital in Dubai Investments Park (DIP) and NMC Speciality Hospital in Al Nahda. These JCI-accredited institutions provide a full continuum of care, from primary family medicine to high-acuity tertiary services such as cardiology, oncology, and neonatal intensive care.

Company Culture

NMC’s culture is anchored in personalized care, ethical excellence, and innovation. As of 2026, the group has reinforced its commitment to being a “patient-first” organization through major new accreditation initiatives. Key cultural pillars include

  • Clinical Excellence: A focus on international safety standards and advanced emergency readiness.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: A multicultural workforce of over 20,000 professionals tailored to the UAE’s diverse demographics.

  • Continuous Growth: A strong emphasis on medical education and strategic collaborations (such as with RCSI University) to advance workforce development.

While the corporate headquarters is located in Al Maryah Tower, Abu Dhabi, NMC’s Dubai presence is strategically distributed. The DIP facility (17,695 sq. meters) serves the southern residential and industrial corridors, while the Al Nahda and Deira locations provide critical medical access for the densely populated northern districts. This widespread footprint ensures that world-class medical intervention is never more than a short drive away for Dubai’s residents.
