Job Overview: Part-Time Sales Representative (Costco)
Direct Demo is hiring Part-Time Sales Representatives to promote premium vitamin and supplement brands inside Costco locations across Indianapolis, IN. This is a high-energy, “people-first” role where you act as a brand ambassador, engaging shoppers through live product demonstrations to drive daily sales.

Key Responsibilities & In-Store Operations
Sales & Engagement
Live Demonstrations: Run in-store demos, proactively engaging Costco members to educate them on the benefits of specific vitamin and supplement products.
Conversion: Turn casual shopper interest into confirmed sales through persuasive communication and product knowledge.
Brand Advocacy: Represent established wellness brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Logistics & Setup
Station Management: Responsible for the complete set-up and break-down of the demo station each shift.
Merchandising: Carry and arrange demo supplies, including a 2’ x 4’ folding table and product inventory.
Reporting: Efficiently use a smartphone to log sales data and shift reports.
Physical Requirements & Schedule
Physical Demands
Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of a 6–7 hour shift.
Strength: Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and carry a folding table and supplies to and from the demo location.
Independence: Work as the sole on-site representative, managing your station without direct supervision.

Requirement: Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory.
Consistency: Shifts generally run between 6 and 7 hours during peak Costco shopping windows.
