Job Summary The Female Nursing Assistant/Caregiver is responsible for a wide spectrum of clinical and personal care, ranging from post-surgical recovery to long-term chronic illness management. This role requires a highly mobile professional capable of accompanying patients during hospital stays and travel both within the UAE and abroad. You will act as a dedicated health advocate, ensuring medical protocols are followed for patients with complex conditions such as renal failure, oncology needs, and neurodegenerative diseases.
Key Responsibilities
Surgical & Clinical Care: Manage post-operative operations and assist with recovery protocols for various surgical procedures.
Complex Chronic Care: Provide specialized support for patients undergoing kidney dialysis and those battling tumors (oncology care).
Maternal & Neonatal Support: Deliver dedicated care for pregnant mothers and provide essential assistance for newborn babies.
Neurological & Geriatric Care: Assist elderly patients and those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s disease, implementing physical therapy and rehabilitation routines.
Medical Monitoring: Regularly check and record vital signs and ensure precise administration of all prescribed medications.
Travel & Hospital Companionship: Accompany patients during hospital admissions and provide continuous care during domestic and international travel.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required; Nursing Assistant or Caregiver certification is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in home care (Required); 1 year in general nursing or home health (Preferred).
Licensing: Possession of a DHA (Dubai Health Authority) License or an Eligibility Letter is highly preferred.
Age Limit: Candidates must be 39 years old or younger.
Logistics: Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Dubai and be willing to travel internationally.
