Location: Toronto, ON (Private homes, retirement residences, or LTC).
Status: Part-time / Casual (Must be available for weekends).
Salary: $250.00 per day (Daily rate for live-in service).
Support: 24/7 employee support, free PPE, and free uniforms provided.

Key Responsibilities: The “Independence & Joy” Cycle
You are the anchor of the client’s home environment, balancing clinical monitoring with emotional engagement.
Live-In Care: Reside at the client’s home for extended periods, providing consistent care during the day (with scheduled breaks).
ADL Excellence: Assist with all Activities of Daily Living, including personal care, bathing, meal preparation, and safe transfers.
Clinical Monitoring: Utilize critical thinking to monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition, acting as a vital link to the nursing team.
Client Advocacy: Proactively advocate for the client’s needs, ensuring their privacy and dignity are maintained at all times.
Meaningful Stimulation: Provide companionship and “create moments of joy” for clients, especially those with cognitive challenges or limited social interaction.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
The “Certified Advocate”: Holds a PSW certificate from a government-funded or NACC-accredited college (RPN/RN students with placement experience are also welcome).
Compassionate Wit: A natural ability to provide stimulation and emotional support to clients with various medical conditions.
Reliability Grit: The discipline to maintain a high standard of care over several days of live-in service, including alternate or every-weekend availability.

Technical Insights: Advanced Live-In Care
