This Technical Records Supervisor role is a specialized position within the aviation sector, centered on the meticulous management of aircraft documentation to ensure continuous airworthiness and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will oversee the accurate filing of all maintenance actions, inspections, and repairs, with a specific focus on tracking life-limited parts (LLP) and Airworthiness Directive (AD) compliance.
Key responsibilities include auditing records for lease returns, entering data into Engineering IT systems (such as OASES), and managing the transition between physical and digital archives. The role also carries leadership duties, involving the supervision and training of the Technical Records Coordinator.
Ideal applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree—ideally in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering—and possess five years of aviation experience, including at least two years specifically in technical records. Proficiency in Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) and a deep understanding of EASA and FAA regulatory standards are essential for maintaining the fleet’s operational integrity.
