This role is a senior leadership position responsible for spearheading the real estate strategy of Oman Airports. The primary objective is to maximize revenue and asset value through the oversight of leasing, property management, and the strategic development of diverse assets, including retail, logistics, and “Airport City” concepts.
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess over 12 years of real estate experience, with at least 8 years in senior management. Key responsibilities include leading high-stakes negotiations, conducting market analysis, and managing long-term master plans for land use. Success is measured through KPIs such as occupancy rates, ROI on new developments, and tenant satisfaction.
Competencies required include deep financial acumen, expert-level negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance. Ultimately, this leader will drive the commercial transformation of airport land into high-performing economic zones.
