Reporting to the Guest Relations Manager, the successful candidate will lead the execution of high-quality service for VIP and club guests, ensuring their stays are personalized and memorable. Key responsibilities include overseeing room preparations, managing special requests, and conducting seamless check-ins and check-outs.

The role demands a collaborative leader who can coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, Spa, and Concierge teams while providing coaching and feedback to subordinates. Candidates should have a Senior School qualification and at least two years of five-star hotel experience, with a focus on Guest Relations or Butler services. Proficiency in PMS software and strong communication skills are essential.
