JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To plan and drive the sales journey for guests visiting the showroom or during outreach calls, playing a key role in meeting and exceeding our team’s sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

  • Execute sales activities with energy to hit pre-set monthly targets and stay within budget.

  • Create and keep track of visit logs and call reports, highlighting key details and sharing updates with the Manager.

  • Provide weekly and monthly performance updates, comparing real-world results against our planned targets.

  • Welcome showroom visitors warmly, identifying their needs and offering expert advice on various product specs.

  • Stay in close touch with potential clients, scheduling calls and visits at their convenience to follow up on leads.

  • Build and update a customer database to help grow our prospect list while keeping a sharp eye on competitors.

  • Oversee pre-delivery inspections and ensure every part of the sales paperwork is handled perfectly.

  • Confirm all vehicle transaction details are accurately recorded, including payments, traffic department registration, and invoicing.

  • Deliver top-tier customer service at every turn, following company policies to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Make sure every guest is fully aware of exciting extras, helpful accessories, and available warranty options.

  • Keep customers informed about any delays or specification changes to ensure a smooth and happy vehicle handover.

  • Offer knowledgeable guidance to guests regarding their vehicle financing and insurance possibilities.

  • Jump into seasonal sales campaigns and promotions to help maximize our reach and impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification & Experience

  • A University Degree in any field or a specialized automotive vocational background.

  • 3–5 years of solid, hands-on experience in the automotive sales industry.

  • Deep understanding of car sales earned through professional training or career experience.

  • A keen eye for detail and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality service.

  • A dynamic, proactive personality with a natural drive to succeed.
