JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To run the Reception smoothly, greeting guests and handling calls with a professional flair that mirrors our Group’s corporate image while providing helpful administrative support for the Admin Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle all phone calls with efficiency and a smile, offering clear guidance to callers and connecting them quickly to the right team members.

  • Manage the flow of visitor access cards and keep an organized logbook to track all guest details accurately.

  • Keep the reception area looking sharp and tidy, ensuring housekeeping standards always reflect our high-end corporate identity.

  • Monitor all lobby equipment and furniture to ensure everything is in perfect working order and beautifully maintained.

  • Organize and oversee room bookings for the Business Centre and L&D areas in a prompt, helpful, and orderly fashion.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification and Continued Education

  • High School Certificate

Knowledge and Skills

  • Training in professional telephone etiquette is a definite plus.

  • Experience working within a diverse, multicultural environment.

  • Polished grooming standards paired with a warm, welcoming personality.

  • Superb communication skills and a knack for helping others.
