Job Summary: Principal Program Manager (Chief of Staff & Technical Advisor)

Requirements and Skills

• 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

• 7+ years of program or project management experience

• 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

• Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality (Preferred)

The Role

In this elite capacity, you will own the “rhythm of business,” orchestrating everything from OP1/OP2 planning cycles to high-stakes executive briefings. You won’t just manage projects; you will translate complex AI-Native visions into actionable roadmaps across technology, operations, and finance. Your day-to-day will involve facilitating critical decision-making forums, managing large-scale budgets with precision, and leading change management efforts as the organization scales. As a strategic right hand to leadership, you will ensure that the CS Network Solutions team stays synchronized on its mission to predict, orchestrate, observe, and optimize the customer journey at an unprecedented scale.

Location: Seattle, WA

Salary Range: $137,600 – $186,200 USD annually (plus sign-on and RSUs)
