Job Duties

  • Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies to increase deposit growth and customer acquisition for retail banking products.

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, and branch networks.

  • Collaborate with product development teams to align promotional messaging with current interest rate environments and consumer trends.

  • Monitor key performance indicators such as cost per acquisition and customer lifetime value to optimize marketing spend.

  • Conduct detailed segmentation analysis to target specific demographic groups with tailored deposit offers and incentives.

  • Ensure all marketing collateral remains compliant with financial regulations and internal brand standards.

  • Oversee the creative development process by providing clear briefs and strategic direction to internal or external agencies.

  • Analyze competitor deposit products and promotional tactics to maintain a competitive market position in the New York region.

  • Present monthly performance reports to senior leadership that highlight successes and identify areas for strategic adjustment.

  • Coordinate with sales and branch operations to ensure seamless execution of localized marketing initiatives.


Requirements

  • Possess substantial experience in financial services marketing, specifically within retail banking or deposit products.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape governing financial promotions and consumer disclosures.

  • Show proficiency in utilizing marketing automation tools and customer relationship management systems.

  • Apply strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and translate it into effective marketing tactics.

  • Exhibit excellent project management abilities while overseeing multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneously.

  • Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences through both written and verbal channels.

  • Maintain a bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or a related professional discipline.

  • Display a proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets within a corporate banking environment.

  • Leverage a working knowledge of digital advertising platforms and search engine marketing strategies.

  • Work effectively within a high-stakes, fast-paced corporate office environment based in New York.
