Emirates Airport Services: Focus on providing premium passenger support during check-in, boarding, and baggage management to ensure a seamless travel experience.
dnata Airport Services: Deliver elite service standards at gates, transfer desks, and through marhaba services, providing dedicated care for VIPs and passengers with special requirements.
SkyCargo: Oversee the efficient processing and secure handling of global cargo, mail, and courier shipments within warehouse and airside environments.
Group Security: Execute vital aviation security functions, including surveillance, screening, and protection of staff and assets across various facilities.
Contact Centre: Serve as the professional voice of the airline, providing global customers with accurate information and dedicated service support.
Finance: Rotate through diverse departments within Global Financial Services to build a comprehensive foundation in corporate finance and accounting.
Criteria for Selection
To be eligible for the Khatwaty programme, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Hold a valid UAE passport and Khulasat Al Qaid.
Successful completion of National Service (mandatory for male applicants).
Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a distinct advantage).
Possession of a High School Certificate or A-Levels.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment and a willingness to wear the company uniform.
Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email).
