Job Duties

  • Support ticketing operations for high-profile domestic and international events including All-Star games, the World Baseball Classic, and the Postseason.

  • Manage complex financial ticket reconciliations for internal departments and external groups to ensure accurate global billing.

  • Administer the ticketing sections of the official Postseason Manual to maintain operational standards.

  • Oversee the compilation of financial documents and reporting necessary for planning global event ticketing logistics.

  • Provide budget forecasting items to the Finance department relevant to global event operations.

  • Create and manage professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate ticketing strategies and results.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments on event-specific ticketing and hospitality initiatives.

  • Deliver on-site support for ticketing and hospitality operations during live international and domestic games.

  • Maintain organized administrative records and documentation for all global ticketing activities.


Requirements

  • Execute ticketing functions in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.

  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, with a specific focus on high-level PowerPoint management.

  • Apply strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills to resolve complex operational issues.

  • Travel domestically and internationally to support on-site event operations as required.

  • Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends to accommodate the global baseball calendar.

  • Utilize computer aptitude to manage digital workflows across Adobe Acrobat and Google Drive platforms.

  • Communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders through excellent writing and verbal skills.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

  • Experience with ticketing platforms such as Archtics, ProVenue, or Ticketmaster is highly preferred.

  • Proven experience working within professional sports or large-scale special events environments.

  • Understanding of baseball rules and industry terminology is preferred.

  • Fluency or strong comprehension of Spanish or other additional languages is considered a significant asset.
